Set up a card but it didn't save for some reason (it said it was saved) so had to redo with another card as couldn't find the initial choice on your selection. I selected the initial card as it had the option of rotating the pictures which I wanted to create a photo collage effect, but this didn't seem to be available on any of the options. Aside from this, I am satisfied with the device and product.

Easy to use

I have ordered photo holiday greeting cards for over 20 years. I have used 5 or 6 different companies in the past and have always been happy. I wanted to try Optimalprint and was super excited, website was easy to use and there were nice templates to choose from. Aside from my parcel arriving damaged (my order was in an unprotected envelope, dropped on the porch, ripped open and a few of the cards & envelopes were exposed to the wet snow), I was disappointed with the overall quality of these greeting cards and will not be sending them out to friends and family. I have had to re-order the cards this year from a different company. The cards from Optimalprint were very small, paper quality & photo finish appeared cheap and there was nothing that impressed me about the greeting cards. I've re-ordered from a reputable greeting card company I've used in the past and the difference is significant. I don't write reviews often but this purchase was very disappointing and an expensive lesson.

Even better than expected! Colors are vibrant and card stock feels sturdy.

Unfortunately the colouring was completely off. It was very green (especially the one on the top left of my son), and I know the quality of the photos were good. I was quite disappointed with the quality but didn’t have time to contact customer service to get them redone.

My cards are just what I expected. This company does good work for a reasonable price.

The quality/resolution of the photos was not great. But for the cost savings, it was ok.
