I’ve purchased Christmas cards from Optimalprint now for the last 3 years. The overall quality is very good. The only difference for this year is that the cards were delivered in a padded envelope and not a box. This resulted in some of the corners of the cards to be slightly damaged (likely in the delivery) so not as good quality as last year. Because the cards I choose were a deep red, the damaged corners were more noticeable than had they been white.

Fairly good quality, great design and easy to complete with shipment arriving quickly. Overall good and as expected.

The cards were nice, the delivery was very late and the customer service essentially non existent (no customer service number. Email response was very generic, not specific to my situation, and dismissive rendering it useless). This is the second time I’ve had problems with delivery.

Pictures were awful quality even asking for help in how to improve and taking agents advice. Colors weren’t even the same as original pics.I did end up getting a full refund. But rightfully so.

We purchased at sale price, and appreciate the holiday discount. Good quality printing and we were able to customize the back to our liking.

I am really pleased with the quality of our holiday card this year. The photos haven't lost any quality and I didn't upgrade anything while ordering. The colours are rich and beautiful!

I have not received my order yet not sure if it's the shipping company or not but was suppose to get it 2 days ago and I'm a little annoyed as they are my Christmas cards.
